Budget was tight on this Flyers Brochures order since it was for a community fundraiser, and Pyramid Printing Company came in below what we'd set aside without cutting corners on the finish. Delivery landed right inside the 4–6 days window they advertise.
Our Posters order got caught up in a venue change two weeks out, and Pyramid Printing Company adjusted the delivery date without any fuss or extra charge. The finished pieces looked exactly like what we approved in the proof. Their order flexibility (Variable Data Printing Support) meant we didn't have to over-order just to hit a minimum.
Caught a mistake on our end after submitting an old file for our Flyers Brochures order, and Pyramid Printing Company flagged the version mismatch before printing instead of just running with whatever was uploaded. Their order flexibility (Variable Data Printing Support) meant we didn't have to over-order just to hit a minimum.
This was a trial run — a small Business Cards order to see if Pyramid Printing Company could handle our regular volume before we moved our whole account over. It passed the test without a single issue. Delivery landed right inside the 4–6 days window they advertise.
We've used two other print shops for Custom Clothing before landing on Pyramid Printing Company, and the difference that keeps us here is consistency — every reorder looks like the first one, not a slightly-off copy of it. Their order flexibility (Variable Data Printing Support) meant we didn't have to over-order just to hit a minimum.
Wasn't sure what finish would hold up best for our Marketing Materials, and someone at Pyramid Printing Company actually walked us through the options instead of just processing the order as submitted. The end result was better than what we'd originally specified. Happy to point anyone else in the Anchorage, Alaska, United States area their way.
