This was a trial run — a small Aluminum Signs order to see if Fusion Sign & Design could handle our regular volume before we moved our whole account over. It passed the test without a single issue. Happy to point anyone else in the Riverside, California, United States area their way.
The proof stage on our Event Displays job flagged a resolution problem in our own artwork that we'd completely missed. Genuinely glad Fusion Sign & Design caught it before it went to press instead of printing it as-is. Final invoice tracked closely with the $20 starting rate on their site.
Budget was tight on this Event Displays order since it was for a community fundraiser, and Fusion Sign & Design came in below what we'd set aside without cutting corners on the finish. Their order flexibility (Print-on-Demand (POD)) meant we didn't have to over-order just to hit a minimum.
Needed Backdrop Displays finished in under a week for an event that got moved up on us. Fusion Sign & Design didn't push back on the timeline and the quality held up despite the rush. Their order flexibility (Print-on-Demand (POD)) meant we didn't have to over-order just to hit a minimum.
Wasn't sure what finish would hold up best for our Event Displays, and someone at Fusion Sign & Design actually walked us through the options instead of just processing the order as submitted. The end result was better than what we'd originally specified. Final invoice tracked closely with the $20 starting rate on their site.
Our Vinyl Lettering order got caught up in a venue change two weeks out, and Fusion Sign & Design adjusted the delivery date without any fuss or extra charge. The finished pieces looked exactly like what we approved in the proof. Their order flexibility (Print-on-Demand (POD)) meant we didn't have to over-order just to hit a minimum.
We've used two other print shops for Yard Signs before landing on Fusion Sign & Design, and the difference that keeps us here is consistency — every reorder looks like the first one, not a slightly-off copy of it. Final invoice tracked closely with the $20 starting rate on their site.
