Shirt order ran true to size across every unit in the batch

Alfie Cunningham | Apr 19, 2026

Ordered Printed T Shirts through CustomInk for a weekend market stall and wasn't expecting much given the price point. The print came out sharp and everything arrived a full day before we needed it. Their order flexibility (Sample Orders Available) meant we didn't have to over-order just to hit a minimum.

Shipment arrived on the promised date in solid packaging

Maryam Haddad | Apr 11, 2026

Wasn't sure what finish would hold up best for our Custom Caps, and someone at CustomInk actually walked us through the options instead of just processing the order as submitted. The end result was better than what we'd originally specified. Final invoice tracked closely with the $9–$15 starting rate on their site.

Dylan Presley | Mar 20, 2026

Placed a bulk Caps Headwear order ahead of a trade show and CustomInk handled the volume without slipping the delivery date. Everything arrived correctly counted and packed well enough to survive the shipping. Happy to point anyone else in the Fairfax, Virginia, United States area their way.

Nailed the exact shade of blue we needed for our team shirts

Rhys Kingsley | Jan 12, 2026

Caught a mistake on our end after submitting an old file for our Custom T Shirts order, and CustomInk flagged the version mismatch before printing instead of just running with whatever was uploaded. Delivery landed right inside the 3–5 days window they advertise.
