Shipment arrived on the promised date in solid packaging

Étienne Bouchard | Jun 15, 2026

Budget was tight on this Booklets order since it was for a community fundraiser, and ARC Document Solutions came in below what we'd set aside without cutting corners on the finish. Their order flexibility (Flexible Minimum Order) meant we didn't have to over-order just to hit a minimum.

Reasonable price for a result we were genuinely happy with

Gabriel Lachance | May 24, 2026

Our Stands Displays order got caught up in a venue change two weeks out, and ARC Document Solutions adjusted the delivery date without any fuss or extra charge. The finished pieces looked exactly like what we approved in the proof. Happy to point anyone else in the Walnut Creek, California, United States area their way.

Poppy Winterbourne | Mar 30, 2026

This was a trial run — a small Flyers Brochures order to see if ARC Document Solutions could handle our regular volume before we moved our whole account over. It passed the test without a single issue. Delivery landed right inside the 5–7 days window they advertise.

We've used two other print shops for Marketing Materials before landing on ARC Document Solutions, and the difference that keeps us here is consistency — every reorder looks like the first one, not a slightly-off copy of it. Delivery landed right inside the 5–7 days window they advertise.

Outdoor stickers haven't faded after a full summer on car windows

Brooklyn Fontaine | Feb 09, 2026

Ordered Signs Decals Stickers through ARC Document Solutions for a weekend market stall and wasn't expecting much given the price point. The print came out sharp and everything arrived a full day before we needed it. Final invoice tracked closely with the $20–$50 starting rate on their site.
