Easy to work with and very transparent on timelines and cost

Chris Wallace / Owner | Sep 24, 2026

Zuccotech did good work for us, and we would use them again. They shared working builds regularly, so we could test early and give feedback before things were locked in. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features.

It has made a real difference to how our team works day to day. We had to follow up a few times on smaller bug fixes after launch.

We would definitely work with them again.

Project summary

We engaged Zuccotech to redesign and rebuild our company website on a modern stack. Scope included discovery workshops, development in two-week sprints and a short support period after launch. Overall it was a 5-month engagement.

Zuccotech Delivered a Quality UI/UX Design Solution on Time

Harsh Iyer / Managing Director | Sep 12, 2026

Our experience with Zuccotech was really positive from start to finish. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark.

We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since. If you need a team that communicates well and delivers, they are a good choice.

Solid delivery, though timelines needed some pushing

Stephanie Coleman / Co-Founder & CTO | Apr 17, 2026

We got a good result in the end, but the road there had a few bumps. They shared working builds regularly, so we could test early and give feedback before things were locked in. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline.

Good results, communication improved as the project went on

Jessica Price / Co-Founder | Jan 21, 2026

Overall the project was a success, though it was not without some challenges. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building.
