We got a good result in the end, but the road there had a few bumps. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features. We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since. Estimates on a few features were optimistic and those took longer than planned.
