Good work overall, with a few bumps along the way

Rahul Iyer / Managing Director | Oct 08, 2026

Overall the project was a success, though it was not without some challenges. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark.

Since launch, everything has been stable and our team has adapted to it quickly. We had to follow up a few times on smaller bug fixes after launch. We would definitely work with them again.

Project summary

Xeedev IT Consultants was brought in to port our game to new platforms and improve performance. The project was split into milestones, with a working build shared at the end of each one. The project took roughly 5 months from kickoff to launch.

Easy to work with and very transparent on timelines and cost

Thijs Bakker / CEO | Oct 02, 2026

Honestly, this was one of the smoothest projects we have run with an outside team. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features.

We are already seeing better numbers than before the project. I would recommend Xeedev IT Consultants to anyone looking for a dependable Game Development partner.

Project summary

Xeedev IT Consultants was brought in to develop a casual mobile game from concept to launch. The project was split into milestones, with a working build shared at the end of each one. The engagement ran for about 4 months.

Solid delivery, though timelines needed some pushing

Saud Al Harbi / Founder | May 01, 2026

The final product works well for us, although the process could have been smoother. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time. They shared working builds regularly, so we could test early and give feedback before things were locked in. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building.
