Exceeded our expectations on quality and communication

Arjun Bose / Marketing Director | Oct 16, 2026

XB Software did an excellent job for us. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building.

We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since. Overall, a team we trust and plan to keep working with.

Project summary

We partnered with XB Software to rebuild our existing mobile app, which had poor reviews and frequent crashes. The project was split into milestones, with a working build shared at the end of each one. The engagement ran for about 9 months.

Solid UI/UX Design Work With Clear Communication Throughout

I would rate this engagement highly on almost every front. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline. Communication was consistent. Professional team that made a complex project feel manageable

Jason Reed / Head of Digital Transformation | Jul 16, 2026

XB Software did good work for us, and we would use them again. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things.

We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since. A couple of milestones slipped by a week or so, mostly around testing.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Got questions about our specialized technology solutions? We have the answers to help you make informed decisions.

Generally, yes — companies like XB Software tend to work well with startups because of what they typically offer: MVP builds, product strategy input, architecture that can scale later, and dedicated teams that keep costs manageable while still moving fast. For context, it has experience across industries such as Construction, Automotive, Telecommunications, Real Estate, Education and Government & Public Sector, and it reports a team size of 50 - 249 professionals.

The exact stack shifts by project, but XB Software commonly works across things like React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, Python, .NET, Java, PHP, Flutter, React Native, native iOS and Android, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure. For context, its listed capabilities span Custom Application Development, Enterprise App Development, ERP Solutions, Mobile App Development and UI-UX Design, and it reports a team size of 50 - 249 professionals.

What tends to set XB Software apart usually comes down to some mix of technical depth, relevant industry experience, how clients describe working with them, their development approach, communication habits, and whether they can actually deliver something that scales. Founded in 2008, the company has built a track record of delivering projects across various industries.

Like most established software teams, XB Software typically sticks around post-launch for ongoing maintenance — bug fixes, performance tuning, security patching, new feature work, and general technical support. For context, its listed capabilities span Custom Application Development, Enterprise App Development, ERP Solutions, Mobile App Development and UI-UX Design, and it has been operating since 2008.

Most businesses reach XB Software through its website, a direct email, or a contact form — any of which works for discussing what you need, booking an initial conversation, or asking for a rough estimate. For context, it has experience across industries such as Construction, Automotive, Telecommunications, Real Estate, Education and Government & Public Sector, and its listed capabilities span Custom Application Development, Enterprise App Development, ERP Solutions, Mobile App Development and UI-UX Design.

Most companies structured like XB Software give you a choice between a fixed-price contract, a dedicated team arrangement, or time-and-materials billing, so you can pick whichever lines up with your budget and how well-defined your scope already is. For context, it has experience across industries such as Construction, Automotive, Telecommunications, Real Estate, Education and Government & Public Sector, and it has been operating since 2008.

XB Software isn't necessarily limited to one region and may take on clients across several countries, depending on market demand and business partnerships.

XB Software generally runs something close to a standard structured process — requirements gathering, UI/UX design, development in agile sprints, QA testing along the way, deployment, and support once it's live. For context, its listed capabilities span Custom Application Development, Enterprise App Development, ERP Solutions, Mobile App Development and UI-UX Design, and it has experience across industries such as Construction, Automotive, Telecommunications, Real Estate, Education and Government & Public Sector.

The most reliable route is giving XB Software a clear, specific brief up front — through their website form, a direct email, or a call — since a vague ask tends to get a vague answer back, while a concrete one usually gets a proper estimate. For context, it has experience across industries such as Construction, Automotive, Telecommunications, Real Estate, Education and Government & Public Sector, and it reports a team size of 50 - 249 professionals.
