They listened, asked the right questions, and delivered

Sophie Ahmed / Co-Founder | Sep 02, 2026

The project went well overall. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time. They shared working builds regularly, so we could test early and give feedback before things were locked in.

We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since. Estimates on a few features were optimistic and those took longer than planned. We would definitely work with them again.

Project summary

We hired Wordsys Information Technology to build a Web3 dashboard and wallet integration for our platform. Their team handled planning, development and QA, with our product owner signing off each milestone. Overall it was a 7-month engagement.

Great Experience With Wordsys Information Technology on Our UI/UX Design Project

Nikhil Mehta / Co-Founder | Aug 16, 2026

Our experience with Wordsys Information Technology was really positive from start to finish. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline.

The UI/UX Design work has already made a noticeable difference — tasks that used to take hours now take minutes.

If you need a team that communicates well and delivers, they are a good choice.

Solid Software Development Work With Clear Communication Throughout

Neha Menon / Owner | Jun 15, 2026

Honestly, this was one of the smoothest projects we have run with an outside team. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building.

We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since.

I would recommend Wordsys Information Technology to anyone looking for a dependable Software Development partner.

Great team to work with — professional, responsive and reliable

Noah Leblanc / Director | Apr 30, 2026

I would rate this engagement highly on almost every front. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later.
