Good work overall, with a few bumps along the way

Sean Byrne / Owner | Aug 17, 2026

We got a good result in the end, but the road there had a few bumps. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline.

We are already seeing better numbers than before the project. Documentation at handover was a bit thin and we had to ask for more detail. I would recommend wonderIT to anyone looking for a dependable Quality Assurance & Testing partner.

Project summary

We engaged wonderIT to run performance and load testing ahead of a big launch. The work covered requirements, design, development, testing and launch support. We worked together for around 6 months.

Honest advice and solid execution

Bec Murphy / Owner | Aug 14, 2026

We were happy with the final result. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline.

We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since. There were some early misunderstandings on requirements that took a few rounds to sort out.

Overall, a team we trust and plan to keep working with.

Strong Technical Skills and a Very Responsive Low-Code / No-Code Development Team

Joanne Lim / Director | Jun 28, 2026

Honestly, this was one of the smoothest projects we have run with an outside team. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building.

Since launch, everything has been stable and our team has adapted to it quickly. Happy to recommend them.

Project summary

wonderIT was brought in to automate approval workflows using a no-code platform. Scope included discovery workshops, development in two-week sprints and a short support period after launch. The project took roughly 4 months from kickoff to launch.

Good results, communication improved as the project went on

Rob Barker / Founder & CEO | May 22, 2026

We got a good result in the end, but the road there had a few bumps. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline.
