Overall we had a good experience working with WinSoft. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark. We are already seeing better numbers than before the project. Documentation at handover was a bit thin and we had to ask for more detail.
