Skilled Web Development Team That Understood Our Business

Andre Patel / Director | Aug 18, 2026

We were very happy with how this project went. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline.

The Web Development work has already made a noticeable difference — tasks that used to take hours now take minutes. We are already discussing the next phase with them.

Project summary

We engaged WakeUp Labs to build a customer portal where clients can log in, track orders and download invoices. They worked alongside our in-house team, which mostly handled business requirements and testing. Overall it was a 4-month engagement.

Solid E-commerce Development Work With Clear Communication Throughout

Nicole Wallace / VP of Engineering | Aug 05, 2026

WakeUp Labs did an excellent job for us. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline.

It has made a real difference to how our team works day to day. If you need a team that communicates well and delivers, they are a good choice.

Good value and a team that genuinely cares about the result

Ahmed Fernandes / Co-Founder & CTO | Jun 15, 2026

WakeUp Labs did good work for us, and we would use them again. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building.

Feedback from our customers has been very positive so far. We had to follow up a few times on smaller bug fixes after launch. Overall, a team we trust and plan to keep working with.

Project summary

Our company worked with WakeUp Labs to reduce our cloud bill and clean up an AWS setup that had grown messy over the years. They also took care of integrations with a couple of third-party tools we already used. The project took roughly 3 months from kickoff to launch.

Dependable Cloud Services Partner for a Growing Events & Event Management Business

Priya Fisher / Director of Technology | Jun 08, 2026

The project went well overall. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline.

We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since. Documentation at handover was a bit thin and we had to ask for more detail.

If you need a team that communicates well and delivers, they are a good choice.

WakeUp Labs Delivered a Quality IT Consulting Solution on Time

Kevin Sullivan / Head of Engineering | Feb 01, 2026
