Reliable AI & Machine Learning Partner That Delivered What They Promised

Yousef Fernandes / Senior Engineering Manager | Oct 18, 2026

Honestly, this was one of the smoothest projects we have run with an outside team. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline.

We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since.

Overall, a team we trust and plan to keep working with.

Project summary

We partnered with VR TechnoSol to add an AI chatbot to our support site that answers questions from our help docs. The work covered requirements, design, development, testing and launch support. We worked together for around 4 months.

Capable Software Development team — happy with the end result

Sarah Tremblay / Product Manager | Aug 30, 2026

Overall the project was a success, though it was not without some challenges. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later.

Feedback from our customers has been very positive so far. We had to follow up a few times on smaller bug fixes after launch. Happy to recommend them.

Project summary

Our company worked with VR TechnoSol to build a custom operations platform to replace the spreadsheets and email threads we were running the business on. Scope included discovery workshops, development in two-week sprints and a short support period after launch. The project took roughly 9 months from kickoff to launch.

Exceeded our expectations on quality and communication

Jason Graham / Marketing Director | Aug 21, 2026

Honestly, this was one of the smoothest projects we have run with an outside team. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time.

It has made a real difference to how our team works day to day. We would definitely work with them again.

Project summary

We engaged VR TechnoSol to review our technology setup and give us a roadmap for the next two years. They also took care of integrations with a couple of third-party tools we already used. Overall it was a 7-month engagement.

Good results, communication improved as the project went on

Harry Clarke / Director of Technology | Jul 06, 2026

The final product works well for us, although the process could have been smoother. They shared working builds regularly, so we could test early and give feedback before things were locked in. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money.

We are already seeing better numbers than before the project. Their team changed one developer midway, which slowed things down for a couple of weeks. We are already discussing the next phase with them.

Dependable Quality Assurance & Testing Partner for a Growing Insurance Business

Omar Saleh / Director | May 24, 2026

Honest advice and solid execution

Thabo Nkosi / VP of Engineering | Apr 17, 2026

The project went well overall. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building.
