Professional team that made a complex project feel manageable

Callum Evans / Co-Founder | Oct 10, 2026

Honestly, this was one of the smoothest projects we have run with an outside team. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later.

We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since.

I would recommend Vigo to anyone looking for a dependable AI & Machine Learning partner.

Project summary

We hired Vigo to build a demand forecasting model on top of our sales data. Scope included discovery workshops, development in two-week sprints and a short support period after launch. The project took roughly 6 months from kickoff to launch.

Layla Khan / Co-Founder & CTO | Sep 30, 2026

Our experience with Vigo was really positive from start to finish. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later.

Feedback from our customers has been very positive so far.

Happy to recommend them.

Easy to work with and very transparent on timelines and cost

Sneha Shah / IT Director | Sep 26, 2026

Ryan Morgan / Owner | Sep 23, 2026

I would rate this engagement highly on almost every front.
