Easy to work with and very transparent on timelines and cost

Aoife Kelly / Head of Digital Transformation | Oct 09, 2026

Our experience with Vancoretech was really positive from start to finish. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark.

It has made a real difference to how our team works day to day.

I would recommend Vancoretech to anyone looking for a dependable AI & Machine Learning partner.

Project summary

We engaged Vancoretech to automate document data extraction that our team was doing by hand. The work covered requirements, design, development, testing and launch support. We worked together for around 7 months.

Chloe Roy / Owner | Sep 25, 2026

Overall we had a good experience working with Vancoretech. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things.

The Mobile App Development work has already made a noticeable difference — tasks that used to take hours now take minutes. We had to follow up a few times on smaller bug fixes after launch. Overall, a team we trust and plan to keep working with.

Project summary

Vancoretech was brought in to build iOS and Android apps for our customers, including booking, payments and push notifications. Scope included discovery workshops, development in two-week sprints and a short support period after launch. The project took roughly 7 months from kickoff to launch.

Good work overall, with a few bumps along the way

Wei Jie Lim / IT Director | Aug 30, 2026

Overall the project was a success, though it was not without some challenges. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features.

We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since. Estimates on a few features were optimistic and those took longer than planned. We are already discussing the next phase with them.

Project summary

Professional Web Development Team, Smooth Delivery From Start to Finish

Honestly, this was one of the smoothest projects we have run with an outside team. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. It has made a real difference to how our team works day to day. Overall, a team we trust and plan to keep working with.

Quality work, a little slower than we planned

Lauren Price / Director of IT | Apr 22, 2026

We got a good result in the end, but the road there had a few bumps. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features.

The AI & Machine Learning work has already made a noticeable difference — tasks that used to take hours now take minutes. There were some early misunderstandings on requirements that took a few rounds to sort out. If you need a team that communicates well and delivers, they are a good choice.
