Quality work, a little slower than we planned

Luke O'Brien / Co-Founder | Sep 12, 2026

We got a good result in the end, but the road there had a few bumps. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later.

We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since. Estimates on a few features were optimistic and those took longer than planned. We would definitely work with them again.

Project summary

We hired Tree Immersion Technologies to run user research and create new designs for our mobile app. They also took care of integrations with a couple of third-party tools we already used. Overall it was a 6-month engagement.

Exceeded our expectations on quality and communication

Lena Becker / Co-Founder & CTO | Aug 13, 2026

Overall we had a good experience working with Tree Immersion Technologies. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things.

Feedback from our customers has been very positive so far. There were some early misunderstandings on requirements that took a few rounds to sort out. I would recommend Tree Immersion Technologies to anyone looking for a dependable Mobile App Development partner.

Project summary

We engaged Tree Immersion Technologies to build iOS and Android apps for our customers, including booking, payments and push notifications. The project was split into milestones, with a working build shared at the end of each one. The project took roughly 3 months from kickoff to launch.
