Skilled Mobile App Development Team That Understood Our Business

Stephanie Sullivan / Head of Digital | Oct 17, 2026

The project went well overall. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later.

The result looks great and performs well, and our internal team found it easy to take over. We had to follow up a few times on smaller bug fixes after launch. Overall, a team we trust and plan to keep working with.

Project summary

TOPiN-HUB Kft. was brought in to develop a field-staff app with offline mode that syncs back to our main system. They worked alongside our in-house team, which mostly handled business requirements and testing. Overall it was a 4-month engagement.

Great team to work with — professional, responsive and reliable

Fatima Al Mansoori / Co-Founder | Oct 03, 2026

TOPiN-HUB Kft. did an excellent job for us. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline.

We are already seeing better numbers than before the project.

We are already discussing the next phase with them.

Project summary

We engaged TOPiN-HUB Kft. to redesign the user experience of our SaaS product. They also took care of integrations with a couple of third-party tools we already used. We worked together for around 4 months.

Delivered on time and stayed involved after launch

Neha Shah / Program Manager | Sep 08, 2026

The project went well overall. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things.

We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since. Their team changed one developer midway, which slowed things down for a couple of weeks.

I would recommend TOPiN-HUB Kft. to anyone looking for a dependable AI & Machine Learning partner.

Exceeded our expectations on quality and communication

Brandon Wallace / Head of Product | Jul 13, 2026

TOPiN-HUB Kft. did good work for us, and we would use them again. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later.

It has made a real difference to how our team works day to day. Estimates on a few features were optimistic and those took longer than planned.

We would definitely work with them again.

Great Experience With TOPiN-HUB Kft. on Our IT Managed Services Project

Mark Carter / Head of Digital Transformation | Jun 23, 2026

Honestly, this was one of the smoothest projects we have run with an outside team. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark.

We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since. If you need a team that communicates well and delivers, they are a good choice.
