The Nine Delivered a Quality Web Development Solution on Time

Thijs Smit / Director | Sep 11, 2026

Overall we had a good experience working with The Nine. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features.

We are already seeing better numbers than before the project. There were some early misunderstandings on requirements that took a few rounds to sort out.

If you need a team that communicates well and delivers, they are a good choice.

Project summary

We partnered with The Nine to redesign and rebuild our company website on a modern stack. They also took care of integrations with a couple of third-party tools we already used. Overall it was a 3-month engagement.

Emma Chen / Director of Technology | Sep 02, 2026

Our experience with The Nine was really positive from start to finish. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. Delivered on time and stayed involved after launch

Abdullah Al Harbi / VP of Engineering | Jul 22, 2026

Honestly, this was one of the smoothest projects we have run with an outside team. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building.

The Web Development work has already made a noticeable difference — tasks that used to take hours now take minutes. If you need a team that communicates well and delivers, they are a good choice.

Good results, communication improved as the project went on

Lachlan Kelly / VP of Engineering | Jan 14, 2026

Frequently Asked Questions

Got questions about our specialized technology solutions? We have the answers to help you make informed decisions.

The Nine typically covers the standard range of software development work — mobile apps, web platforms, custom internal tools, UI/UX design, cloud infrastructure, AI integrations, and larger enterprise builds. Its core focus areas include Chat Bots & AI Development, Web Development, Mobile App Development and AR App Development.

The Nine has delivered projects across a range of different industries, including Aerospace & Defense, Environmental Services, Gaming & Gambling, Energy & Utilities, Construction and Insurance.

Generally, yes — companies like The Nine tend to work well with startups because of what they typically offer: MVP builds, product strategy input, architecture that can scale later, and dedicated teams that keep costs manageable while still moving fast. For context, its listed capabilities span Chat Bots & AI Development, Web Development, Mobile App Development and AR App Development, and it has been operating since 2001.

The exact stack shifts by project, but The Nine commonly works across things like React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, Python, .NET, Java, PHP, Flutter, React Native, native iOS and Android, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure. For context, its listed capabilities span Chat Bots & AI Development, Web Development, Mobile App Development and AR App Development, and it has experience across industries such as Aerospace & Defense, Environmental Services, Gaming & Gambling, Energy & Utilities, Construction and Insurance.

What tends to set The Nine apart usually comes down to some mix of technical depth, relevant industry experience, how clients describe working with them, their development approach, communication habits, and whether they can actually deliver something that scales. Founded in 2001, the company has built a track record of delivering projects across various industries.

Most businesses reach The Nine through its website, a direct email, or a contact form — any of which works for discussing what you need, booking an initial conversation, or asking for a rough estimate. For context, it has experience across industries such as Aerospace & Defense, Environmental Services, Gaming & Gambling, Energy & Utilities, Construction and Insurance, and it has been operating since 2001.

Plenty of modern software teams, The Nine included, now build real AI and machine learning features — chatbots, predictive models, computer vision, and automation that goes beyond simple rule-based scripts. For context, its listed capabilities span Chat Bots & AI Development, Web Development, Mobile App Development and AR App Development, and it has been operating since 2001.

It's a common line of work for a company like The Nine — multi-tenant architecture, subscription billing hooked up properly, and cloud-native deployment built for a product meant to scale as a service rather than a one-off build. For context, it has experience across industries such as Aerospace & Defense, Environmental Services, Gaming & Gambling, Energy & Utilities, Construction and Insurance, and it has been operating since 2001.

Modernizing legacy software is usually within scope for a firm like The Nine — re-platforming, refactoring old code, and moving things onto current frameworks or cloud infrastructure without necessarily rebuilding everything from zero. For context, it has experience across industries such as Aerospace & Defense, Environmental Services, Gaming & Gambling, Energy & Utilities, Construction and Insurance, and it has been operating since 2001.

The most reliable route is giving The Nine a clear, specific brief up front — through their website form, a direct email, or a call — since a vague ask tends to get a vague answer back, while a concrete one usually gets a proper estimate. For context, its listed capabilities span Chat Bots & AI Development, Web Development, Mobile App Development and AR App Development, and it has experience across industries such as Aerospace & Defense, Environmental Services, Gaming & Gambling, Energy & Utilities, Construction and Insurance.
