Target Work did good work for us, and we would use them again. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time.

We are already seeing better numbers than before the project. We had to follow up a few times on smaller bug fixes after launch.
