Good value and a team that genuinely cares about the result

Sneha Nair / IT Manager | Oct 15, 2026

Taiste did an excellent job for us. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time.

We are already seeing better numbers than before the project.

I would recommend Taiste to anyone looking for a dependable UI/UX Design partner.

Project summary

Taiste was brought in to build a design system so our product looked consistent across screens. Their team handled planning, development and QA, with our product owner signing off each milestone. We worked together for around 7 months.

Solid CRM Development Work With Clear Communication Throughout

The result looks great and performs well, and our internal team found it easy to take over.

They listened, asked the right questions, and delivered

Kelly Fisher / Founder | Sep 12, 2026

Honestly, this was one of the smoothest projects we have run with an outside team. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark.

The result looks great and performs well, and our internal team found it easy to take over. If you need a team that communicates well and delivers, they are a good choice.

Taiste typically covers the standard range of software development work — mobile apps, web platforms, custom internal tools, UI/UX design, cloud infrastructure, AI integrations, and larger enterprise builds. Its core focus areas include Custom Software Development, Mobile App Development and UI-UX Design.

Generally, yes — companies like Taiste tend to work well with startups because of what they typically offer: MVP builds, product strategy input, architecture that can scale later, and dedicated teams that keep costs manageable while still moving fast. For context, its listed capabilities span Custom Software Development, Mobile App Development and UI-UX Design, and it has experience across industries such as Media & Entertainment, Agriculture, Food & Beverage, Nonprofit & NGO, Gaming & Gambling and Retail & E-commerce.

The exact stack shifts by project, but Taiste commonly works across things like React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, Python, .NET, Java, PHP, Flutter, React Native, native iOS and Android, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure. For context, its listed capabilities span Custom Software Development, Mobile App Development and UI-UX Design, and its typical hourly rate is around $100 - $149.

That depends on where Taiste is based and who they primarily serve — some firms like this operate fully offshore, some are local-first, and plenty run a hybrid model that mixes both. For context, its listed capabilities span Custom Software Development, Mobile App Development and UI-UX Design, and it reports a team size of 10 - 49 professionals.

Most companies structured like Taiste give you a choice between a fixed-price contract, a dedicated team arrangement, or time-and-materials billing, so you can pick whichever lines up with your budget and how well-defined your scope already is. For context, its listed capabilities span Custom Software Development, Mobile App Development and UI-UX Design, and its typical hourly rate is around $100 - $149.

Plenty of modern software teams, Taiste included, now build real AI and machine learning features — chatbots, predictive models, computer vision, and automation that goes beyond simple rule-based scripts. For context, its listed capabilities span Custom Software Development, Mobile App Development and UI-UX Design, and its typical hourly rate is around $100 - $149.

Taiste isn't necessarily limited to one region and may take on clients across several countries, depending on market demand and business partnerships.

It's a common line of work for a company like Taiste — multi-tenant architecture, subscription billing hooked up properly, and cloud-native deployment built for a product meant to scale as a service rather than a one-off build. For context, its listed capabilities span Custom Software Development, Mobile App Development and UI-UX Design, and it reports a team size of 10 - 49 professionals.

Taiste generally runs something close to a standard structured process — requirements gathering, UI/UX design, development in agile sprints, QA testing along the way, deployment, and support once it's live. For context, it has experience across industries such as Media & Entertainment, Agriculture, Food & Beverage, Nonprofit & NGO, Gaming & Gambling and Retail & E-commerce, and it has been operating since 2009.
