Great team to work with — professional, responsive and reliable

Callum Lloyd / Co-Founder & CTO | Sep 22, 2026

Our experience with Sync Clouds was really positive from start to finish. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things.

It has made a real difference to how our team works day to day. I would recommend Sync Clouds to anyone looking for a dependable AI & Machine Learning partner.

Project summary

Our company worked with Sync Clouds to add an AI chatbot to our support site that answers questions from our help docs. They worked alongside our in-house team, which mostly handled business requirements and testing. We worked together for around 4 months.

Good work overall, with a few bumps along the way

Ravi Al Nuaimi / Chief Digital Officer | Sep 04, 2026

Overall the project was a success, though it was not without some challenges. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline.

Feedback from our customers has been very positive so far. Documentation at handover was a bit thin and we had to ask for more detail.

Happy to recommend them.

Quality work, a little slower than we planned

Anna Richter / Product Manager | Aug 31, 2026

The final product works well for us, although the process could have been smoother. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things.

Overall the project was a success, though it was not without some challenges. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later.
