Reliable UI/UX Design Partner That Delivered What They Promised

Zoe Smith / Co-Founder | Oct 13, 2026

We were happy with the final result. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features.

Project summary

We hired Sumato Consulting to redesign the user experience of our SaaS product. They also took care of integrations with a couple of third-party tools we already used. We worked together for around 8 months.
