Solid Software Development Work With Clear Communication Throughout

Noura Qureshi / Owner | Oct 15, 2026

Our experience with SPEC TECH LLC was really positive from start to finish. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features.

Since launch, everything has been stable and our team has adapted to it quickly.

We are already discussing the next phase with them.

Project summary

We partnered with SPEC TECH LLC to build a custom operations platform to replace the spreadsheets and email threads we were running the business on. The work covered requirements, design, development, testing and launch support. The project took roughly 8 months from kickoff to launch.

Great team to work with — professional, responsive and reliable

Nathan Harris / Owner | Sep 03, 2026

The project went well overall. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features.

Feedback from our customers has been very positive so far. Their team changed one developer midway, which slowed things down for a couple of weeks. I would recommend SPEC TECH LLC to anyone looking for a dependable Data & Analytics partner.

Project summary

Our company worked with SPEC TECH LLC to clean up and consolidate customer data spread across several systems. Scope included discovery workshops, development in two-week sprints and a short support period after launch. The engagement ran for about 2 months.

Solid Data & Analytics Work With Clear Communication Throughout

Kevin Ramirez / Senior Engineering Manager | Jun 23, 2026

I would rate this engagement highly on almost every front. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later.

The Data & Analytics work has already made a noticeable difference — tasks that used to take hours now take minutes. We would definitely work with them again.
