Overall we had a good experience working with Solution Machine. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building.

It has made a real difference to how our team works day to day. Documentation at handover was a bit thin and we had to ask for more detail.

We would definitely work with them again.
