Softwhere Reviews

Skilled AI & Machine Learning Team That Understood Our Business

Thijs Jansen / Head of Product | Sep 17, 2026

We were happy with the final result. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time.

We are already seeing better numbers than before the project. There were some early misunderstandings on requirements that took a few rounds to sort out.

Overall, a team we trust and plan to keep working with.

Solid delivery, though timelines needed some pushing

Ravi Fernandes / Chief Digital Officer | Sep 07, 2026

We got a good result in the end, but the road there had a few bumps. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark.

We are already seeing better numbers than before the project. We had to follow up a few times on smaller bug fixes after launch.

I would recommend Softwhere to anyone looking for a dependable UI/UX Design partner.

Delivered on time and stayed involved after launch

Rachel Patel / Founder & CEO | Apr 24, 2026

Honestly, this was one of the smoothest projects we have run with an outside team. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline. They shared working builds regularly, so we could test early and give feedback before things were locked in.

It has made a real difference to how our team works day to day. We would definitely work with them again.
