Good work overall, with a few bumps along the way

Sara Saleh / Founder & CEO | Oct 14, 2026

We got a good result in the end, but the road there had a few bumps. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things.

We are already seeing better numbers than before the project. Documentation at handover was a bit thin and we had to ask for more detail. We would definitely work with them again.

Project summary

Socio TI was brought in to automate approval workflows using a no-code platform. The work covered requirements, design, development, testing and launch support. We worked together for around 2 months.

Capable Web Development team — happy with the end result

Huda Al Harbi / Head of Digital Transformation | Oct 08, 2026

The final product works well for us, although the process could have been smoother. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things.

We are already seeing better numbers than before the project. We had to follow up a few times on smaller bug fixes after launch.

We are already discussing the next phase with them.

Project summary

We hired Socio TI to rebuild a slow, outdated web app and move it to a new framework. They also took care of integrations with a couple of third-party tools we already used. The engagement ran for about 2 months.

Good results, communication improved as the project went on

Julie Chen / Director | Oct 01, 2026

We got a good result in the end, but the road there had a few bumps. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later.

We are already seeing better numbers than before the project. There were some early misunderstandings on requirements that took a few rounds to sort out. We would definitely work with them again.

Ryan Brooks / Co-Founder | Sep 13, 2026

Strong Technical Skills and a Very Responsive IT Managed Services Team

Kevin Hughes / Director | Sep 06, 2026

I would rate this engagement highly on almost every front. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline.

It has made a real difference to how our team works day to day.

Happy to recommend them.
