Good work overall, with a few bumps along the way

Conor Murphy / Owner | Sep 20, 2026

Overall the project was a success, though it was not without some challenges. They shared working builds regularly, so we could test early and give feedback before things were locked in. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money.

The result looks great and performs well, and our internal team found it easy to take over. A couple of milestones slipped by a week or so, mostly around testing. If you need a team that communicates well and delivers, they are a good choice.

Project summary

Snowbot was brought in to build a customer portal where clients can log in, track orders and download invoices. The project was split into milestones, with a working build shared at the end of each one. The project took roughly 7 months from kickoff to launch.

Crestview Gaming is a Gaming & Gambling business in Cork, Ireland. As Owner, I was responsible for this project on our side and the main contact for Snowbot.

Capable Mobile App Development team — happy with the end result

Megan Bennett / Founder & CEO | Aug 28, 2026

The final product works well for us, although the process could have been smoother. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. They shared working builds regularly, so we could test early and give feedback before things were locked in. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building.

We are already seeing better numbers than before the project. A couple of milestones slipped by a week or so, mostly around testing.

We would definitely work with them again.

Skilled Web Development Team That Understood Our Business

Lauren Foster / Program Manager | Jul 27, 2026

Honestly, this was one of the smoothest projects we have run with an outside team. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building.

We are already seeing better numbers than before the project. If you need a team that communicates well and delivers, they are a good choice.

A reliable long-term partner for our tech needs

Nicole Patel / Head of Digital Transformation | Jul 22, 2026

We were happy with the final result. They shared working builds regularly, so we could test early and give feedback before things were locked in. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline.

Great team to work with — professional, responsive and reliable

Jason Price / Senior Product Manager | Jul 02, 2026

We were very happy with how this project went. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features.

Solid delivery, though timelines needed some pushing

Fatima Fernandes / Chief Digital Officer | Mar 01, 2026

We got a good result in the end, but the road there had a few bumps. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline. They shared working builds regularly, so we could test early and give feedback before things were locked in.

We are already seeing better numbers than before the project. Documentation at handover was a bit thin and we had to ask for more detail.

We are already discussing the next phase with them.

Frequently Asked Questions

Got questions about our specialized technology solutions? We have the answers to help you make informed decisions.

Snowbot has delivered projects across a range of different industries, including Nonprofit & NGO, Government & Public Sector, Real Estate, Financial Services and Events & Event Management.

Generally, yes — companies like Snowbot tend to work well with startups because of what they typically offer: MVP builds, product strategy input, architecture that can scale later, and dedicated teams that keep costs manageable while still moving fast. For context, it has experience across industries such as Nonprofit & NGO, Government & Public Sector, Real Estate, Financial Services and Events & Event Management, and its listed capabilities span Enterprise App Modernization, Chat Bots & AI Development, VR App Development, Web Development and Mobile App Development.

The exact stack shifts by project, but Snowbot commonly works across things like React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, Python, .NET, Java, PHP, Flutter, React Native, native iOS and Android, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure. For context, it has experience across industries such as Nonprofit & NGO, Government & Public Sector, Real Estate, Financial Services and Events & Event Management, and it has been operating since 2014.

It depends heavily on scope. A lean MVP might be a matter of weeks, while a full enterprise system or a larger digital transformation project can stretch into months once you factor in development, testing, and deployment. With a team of 2 - 9 professionals, Snowbot can scale resources based on project urgency.

Most businesses reach Snowbot through its website, a direct email, or a contact form — any of which works for discussing what you need, booking an initial conversation, or asking for a rough estimate. For context, it has experience across industries such as Nonprofit & NGO, Government & Public Sector, Real Estate, Financial Services and Events & Event Management, and it reports a team size of 2 - 9 professionals.

Usually, yes — a dedicated developer arrangement is a common option with firms like Snowbot, where you get engineers working exclusively on your project as an extension of your in-house team rather than as a separate outsourced unit. For context, it has experience across industries such as Nonprofit & NGO, Government & Public Sector, Real Estate, Financial Services and Events & Event Management, and its listed capabilities span Enterprise App Modernization, Chat Bots & AI Development, VR App Development, Web Development and Mobile App Development.

Plenty of modern software teams, Snowbot included, now build real AI and machine learning features — chatbots, predictive models, computer vision, and automation that goes beyond simple rule-based scripts. For context, its listed capabilities span Enterprise App Modernization, Chat Bots & AI Development, VR App Development, Web Development and Mobile App Development, and it has been operating since 2014.

Most professional shops, including Snowbot, expect to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before getting into specifics — it's a fairly standard ask and a reasonable one to make before sharing anything sensitive. For context, it has experience across industries such as Nonprofit & NGO, Government & Public Sector, Real Estate, Financial Services and Events & Event Management, and its listed capabilities span Enterprise App Modernization, Chat Bots & AI Development, VR App Development, Web Development and Mobile App Development.

Snowbot isn't necessarily limited to one region and may take on clients across several countries, depending on market demand and business partnerships.

The most reliable route is giving Snowbot a clear, specific brief up front — through their website form, a direct email, or a call — since a vague ask tends to get a vague answer back, while a concrete one usually gets a proper estimate. For context, it has experience across industries such as Nonprofit & NGO, Government & Public Sector, Real Estate, Financial Services and Events & Event Management, and its typical hourly rate is around N/A.
