Easy to work with and very transparent on timelines and cost

Rahul Bose / Owner | Oct 13, 2026

Overall we had a good experience working with Slyaka Web Infra Consulting (OPC) Pvt Ltd. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building.

The AI & Machine Learning work has already made a noticeable difference — tasks that used to take hours now take minutes. Documentation at handover was a bit thin and we had to ask for more detail. I would recommend Slyaka Web Infra Consulting (OPC) Pvt Ltd to anyone looking for a dependable AI & Machine Learning partner.

Project summary

Slyaka Web Infra Consulting (OPC) Pvt Ltd was brought in to add an AI chatbot to our support site that answers questions from our help docs. The project was split into milestones, with a working build shared at the end of each one. We worked together for around 4 months.

Great team to work with — professional, responsive and reliable

Ashley Ramirez / Managing Director | May 29, 2026

Overall we had a good experience working with Slyaka Web Infra Consulting (OPC) Pvt Ltd. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline.

Since launch, everything has been stable and our team has adapted to it quickly. Their team changed one developer midway, which slowed things down for a couple of weeks. I would recommend Slyaka Web Infra Consulting (OPC) Pvt Ltd to anyone looking for a dependable IT Consulting partner.

Skilled Software Development Team That Understood Our Business

Megan Wallace / Co-Founder | May 29, 2026

Slyaka Web Infra Consulting (OPC) Pvt Ltd did good work for us, and we would use them again.
