Professional AI & Machine Learning Team, Smooth Delivery From Start to Finish

Ananya Reddy / IT Director | Aug 12, 2026

We were very happy with how this project went. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later.

It has made a real difference to how our team works day to day.

Overall, a team we trust and plan to keep working with.

We're a mid-sized Human Resources company based in Hyderabad, India. I'm the IT Director and I oversaw the project from start to finish.

What specific problem or business challenge led you to hire this company?

We had tried to do this internally and it stalled. We needed specialists to build a demand forecasting model on top of our sales data.

What services did the company provide for your project?

How clearly did the company understand your requirements and business goals?

Well. There were a couple of points we had to clarify early on, but after that they were spot on.

How was your overall experience with their communication and project management?

Yes. They are a reliable AI & Machine Learning partner.

A reliable long-term partner for our tech needs

Isla Smith / Owner | Aug 06, 2026

Honestly, this was one of the smoothest projects we have run with an outside team. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building.

The result looks great and performs well, and our internal team found it easy to take over. Overall, a team we trust and plan to keep working with.

Project summary

Sash Info Services Pvt Ltd was brought in to develop a scheduling and dispatch tool for our field team. The project was split into milestones, with a working build shared at the end of each one. We worked together for around 5 months.

Capable AI & Machine Learning team — happy with the end result

Amy Turner / Director of IT | Jul 05, 2026

The final product works well for us, although the process could have been smoother. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money. They shared working builds regularly, so we could test early and give feedback before things were locked in.

The result looks great and performs well, and our internal team found it easy to take over. We had to follow up a few times on smaller bug fixes after launch.

Happy to recommend them.

Our experience with Sash Info Services Pvt Ltd was really positive from start to finish. They shared working builds regularly, so we could test early and give feedback before things were locked in. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline.

The Software Development work has already made a noticeable difference — tasks that used to take hours now take minutes. We would definitely work with them again.

Capable Game Development team — happy with the end result

Owen Chen / Owner | Apr 19, 2026

We got a good result in the end, but the road there had a few bumps. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time.

Since launch, everything has been stable and our team has adapted to it quickly. We had to follow up a few times on smaller bug fixes after launch. We would definitely work with them again.

Quality work, a little slower than we planned

Eric Brooks / Co-Founder & CTO | Apr 06, 2026

The final product works well for us, although the process could have been smoother. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later.

The Web Development work has already made a noticeable difference — tasks that used to take hours now take minutes. Documentation at handover was a bit thin and we had to ask for more detail.

If you need a team that communicates well and delivers, they are a good choice.

Reliable AI & Machine Learning Partner That Delivered What They Promised

Amanda Nguyen / Co-Founder & CTO | Jan 31, 2026

Overall we had a good experience working with Sash Info Services Pvt Ltd. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. They shared working builds regularly, so we could test early and give feedback before things were locked in.
