Exceeded our expectations on quality and communication

Saud Al Qahtani / CEO | Sep 11, 2026

Overall we had a good experience working with Saathiva Creations. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features.

We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since. We had to follow up a few times on smaller bug fixes after launch. We are already discussing the next phase with them.

Project summary

We partnered with Saathiva Creations to automate document data extraction that our team was doing by hand. The work covered requirements, design, development, testing and launch support. The project took roughly 5 months from kickoff to launch.
