ROYALSOFT Reviews

Good value and a team that genuinely cares about the result

Lauren Bennett / Founder | Sep 09, 2026

ROYALSOFT did an excellent job for us. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline.

The Game Development work has already made a noticeable difference — tasks that used to take hours now take minutes.

If you need a team that communicates well and delivers, they are a good choice.

Project summary

We hired ROYALSOFT to port our game to new platforms and improve performance. The project was split into milestones, with a working build shared at the end of each one. Overall it was a 6-month engagement.

Honest advice and solid execution

Daan Meijer / Co-Founder | Jul 18, 2026

I would rate this engagement highly on almost every front. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later.

Since launch, everything has been stable and our team has adapted to it quickly. I would recommend ROYALSOFT to anyone looking for a dependable Web Development partner.

Skilled AI & Machine Learning Team That Understood Our Business

Oliver Holmes / Senior Product Manager | Jun 12, 2026

We were happy with the final result. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later. Overall, a team we trust and plan to keep working with.

Skilled Web Development Team That Understood Our Business

Felix Müller / General Manager | May 01, 2026

ROYALSOFT did good work for us, and we would use them again. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline.

The result looks great and performs well, and our internal team found it easy to take over. We had to follow up a few times on smaller bug fixes after launch. Happy to recommend them.
