Good results, communication improved as the project went on

Tobias Fischer / Director of Technology | Sep 23, 2026

Overall the project was a success, though it was not without some challenges. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things.

We are already seeing better numbers than before the project. We had to follow up a few times on smaller bug fixes after launch. We would definitely work with them again.

Project summary

We partnered with Raccoon Depot to improve our release process, which involved a lot of manual steps. They also took care of integrations with a couple of third-party tools we already used. We worked together for around 2 months.

Their attention to detail and the quality of the final product.

Yes, I would recommend them and we plan to work with them again.

Good work overall, with a few bumps along the way

Sarah Campbell / General Manager | Sep 06, 2026

Overall the project was a success, though it was not without some challenges. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time.

The AI & Machine Learning work has already made a noticeable difference — tasks that used to take hours now take minutes. Estimates on a few features were optimistic and those took longer than planned.

We are already discussing the next phase with them.

Project summary

We partnered with Raccoon Depot to build a demand forecasting model on top of our sales data. Scope included discovery workshops, development in two-week sprints and a short support period after launch. Overall it was a 9-month engagement.

Raccoon Depot Delivered a Quality Blockchain Development Solution on Time

Callum Clarke / Marketing Director | Aug 09, 2026

We were happy with the final result. They shared working builds regularly, so we could test early and give feedback before things were locked in. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later.

The Blockchain Development work has already made a noticeable difference — tasks that used to take hours now take minutes. Their team changed one developer midway, which slowed things down for a couple of weeks. If you need a team that communicates well and delivers, they are a good choice.

Project summary

Our company worked with Raccoon Depot to develop and audit smart contracts for a tokenized loyalty program. Their team handled planning, development and QA, with our product owner signing off each milestone. The project took roughly 5 months from kickoff to launch.

Exceeded our expectations on quality and communication

Jason Ramirez / Owner | Jul 27, 2026

Strong Technical Skills and a Very Responsive Blockchain Development Team

Stephanie Nguyen / Managing Director | Jul 12, 2026

The project went well overall. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later.

A reliable long-term partner for our tech needs

Megan Hayes / Founder | Mar 18, 2026

Raccoon Depot did good work for us, and we would use them again. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later. They shared working builds regularly, so we could test early and give feedback before things were locked in.
