Overall the project was a success, though it was not without some challenges. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline.

It has made a real difference to how our team works day to day. A couple of milestones slipped by a week or so, mostly around testing. Overall, a team we trust and plan to keep working with.
