When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later.
