Would happily work with them again

Lukas Fischer / Program Manager | Oct 02, 2026

Overall we had a good experience working with Plan-IT Software Solutions. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline.

We are already seeing better numbers than before the project. Documentation at handover was a bit thin and we had to ask for more detail. If you need a team that communicates well and delivers, they are a good choice.

Project summary

Exceeded our expectations on quality and communication

Stephanie Reed / CTO | Sep 18, 2026

We were very happy with how this project went. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark.

It has made a real difference to how our team works day to day. I would recommend Plan-IT Software Solutions to anyone looking for a dependable Mobile App Development partner.

Plan-IT Software Solutions Delivered a Quality E-commerce Development Solution on Time

Rob Lloyd / Chief Digital Officer | Jul 09, 2026

Honestly, this was one of the smoothest projects we have run with an outside team. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline.

Feedback from our customers has been very positive so far.

Happy to recommend them.
