Overall the project was a success, though it was not without some challenges. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark. We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since. Estimates on a few features were optimistic and those took longer than planned.
