Great team to work with — professional, responsive and reliable

Daniel Qureshi / Managing Director | Oct 17, 2026

Okhosting did good work for us, and we would use them again. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features.

We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since. Documentation at handover was a bit thin and we had to ask for more detail. If you need a team that communicates well and delivers, they are a good choice.

Project summary

We hired Okhosting to take over day-to-day IT support for our offices. Scope included discovery workshops, development in two-week sprints and a short support period after launch. The engagement ran for about 5 months.

Skilled AI & Machine Learning Team That Understood Our Business

Mark Hughes / Senior Engineering Manager | Jul 14, 2026

Overall we had a good experience working with Okhosting. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building.

We are already seeing better numbers than before the project. We had to follow up a few times on smaller bug fixes after launch.

Happy to recommend them.

Divya Nair / VP of Engineering | May 28, 2026
