Delivered on time and stayed involved after launch

Rob Doyle / IT Director | Sep 18, 2026

The project went well overall. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark.

It has made a real difference to how our team works day to day. Documentation at handover was a bit thin and we had to ask for more detail. I would recommend NewDeez to anyone looking for a dependable UI/UX Design partner.

Project summary

NewDeez was brought in to run user research and create new designs for our mobile app. They also took care of integrations with a couple of third-party tools we already used. The engagement ran for about 3 months.

They listened, asked the right questions, and delivered

Conor Byrne / Director | Aug 25, 2026

I would rate this engagement highly on almost every front. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later.

The result looks great and performs well, and our internal team found it easy to take over. Happy to recommend them.

Good results, communication improved as the project went on

Jessica Henderson / Owner | Jul 24, 2026

The final product works well for us, although the process could have been smoother. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. They shared working builds regularly, so we could test early and give feedback before things were locked in.

Feedback from our customers has been very positive so far. Estimates on a few features were optimistic and those took longer than planned. If you need a team that communicates well and delivers, they are a good choice.

Professional team that made a complex project feel manageable

Ethan Tremblay / Director | Jul 03, 2026

Honest advice and solid execution

Emily Walker / Co-Founder | May 18, 2026

Honestly, this was one of the smoothest projects we have run with an outside team. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline. They shared working builds regularly, so we could test early and give feedback before things were locked in. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things.

The result looks great and performs well, and our internal team found it easy to take over.

If you need a team that communicates well and delivers, they are a good choice.

Quality work, a little slower than we planned

Eva Visser / Operations Manager | Feb 27, 2026

We got a good result in the end, but the road there had a few bumps. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later.

Overall, a team we trust and plan to keep working with.
