Dependable Mobile App Development Partner for a Growing Telecommunications Business

Mark Hughes / Owner | Jul 18, 2026

Netpiper did an excellent job for us. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things.

Feedback from our customers has been very positive so far.

Happy to recommend them.

Great team to work with — professional, responsive and reliable

Chris Miller / Engineering Manager | Jul 08, 2026

We were very happy with how this project went. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark.

The Software Development work has already made a noticeable difference — tasks that used to take hours now take minutes.

Overall, a team we trust and plan to keep working with.

Exceeded our expectations on quality and communication

Matt MacDonald / Head of Digital | May 31, 2026

The project went well overall. They shared working builds regularly, so we could test early and give feedback before things were locked in. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features.

The result looks great and performs well, and our internal team found it easy to take over. Estimates on a few features were optimistic and those took longer than planned. I would recommend Netpiper to anyone looking for a dependable AI & Machine Learning partner.

Would happily work with them again

Harry Turner / Director of Technology | May 25, 2026

Netpiper did an excellent job for us. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building.

Solid Mobile App Development Work With Clear Communication Throughout

Ryan Brooks / Senior Engineering Manager | Apr 09, 2026

We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since.
