Strong Technical Skills and a Very Responsive Game Development Team

Charlotte Turner / Managing Director | Oct 07, 2026

Honestly, this was one of the smoothest projects we have run with an outside team. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time.

Feedback from our customers has been very positive so far.

I would recommend NAAS Digital to anyone looking for a dependable Game Development partner.

Project summary

NAAS Digital was brought in to develop a casual mobile game from concept to launch. Their team handled planning, development and QA, with our product owner signing off each milestone. Overall it was a 2-month engagement.

Strong Technical Skills and a Very Responsive IT Managed Services Team

Niamh Murphy / Operations Manager | Jun 27, 2026

We were very happy with how this project went. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark.

The IT Managed Services work has already made a noticeable difference — tasks that used to take hours now take minutes. If you need a team that communicates well and delivers, they are a good choice.

Project summary

We engaged NAAS Digital to take over day-to-day IT support for our offices. They also took care of integrations with a couple of third-party tools we already used. The engagement ran for about 4 months.

I'm the Operations Manager at Cobalt Trust Ltd, a Nonprofit & NGO company based in Cork, Ireland. I look after our technology and work closely with outside partners on bigger projects.

Capable AI & Machine Learning team — happy with the end result

Faisal Al Zahrani / Product Manager | Mar 19, 2026

We got a good result in the end, but the road there had a few bumps. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features.

The AI & Machine Learning work has already made a noticeable difference — tasks that used to take hours now take minutes. Documentation at handover was a bit thin and we had to ask for more detail. If you need a team that communicates well and delivers, they are a good choice.

Capable IT Managed Services team — happy with the end result

Priya Price / CEO | Jan 15, 2026

The final product works well for us, although the process could have been smoother. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline.

We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since. Their team changed one developer midway, which slowed things down for a couple of weeks.

I would recommend NAAS Digital to anyone looking for a dependable IT Managed Services partner.
