Exceeded our expectations on quality and communication

Divya Gupta / Head of Digital Transformation | Sep 06, 2026

MSCRM-ADDONS.COM did an excellent job for us. They shared working builds regularly, so we could test early and give feedback before things were locked in. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time.

We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since. Overall, a team we trust and plan to keep working with.

Project summary

We hired MSCRM-ADDONS.COM to build a custom operations platform to replace the spreadsheets and email threads we were running the business on. They worked alongside our in-house team, which mostly handled business requirements and testing. The project took roughly 9 months from kickoff to launch.

Why did you choose this company over other providers you considered?

Great Experience With MSCRM-ADDONS.COM on Our IT Managed Services Project

Amanda Carter / IT Director | Aug 30, 2026

MSCRM-ADDONS.COM did good work for us, and we would use them again. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark.

Since launch, everything has been stable and our team has adapted to it quickly. We had to follow up a few times on smaller bug fixes after launch. Happy to recommend them.

Project summary

We hired MSCRM-ADDONS.COM to provide ongoing monitoring and support for our cloud infrastructure. The project was split into milestones, with a working build shared at the end of each one. The project took roughly 8 months from kickoff to launch.

Good value and a team that genuinely cares about the result

Meera Kulkarni / VP of Engineering | Aug 27, 2026

Honestly, this was one of the smoothest projects we have run with an outside team. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features.

We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since.

We are already discussing the next phase with them.

MSCRM-ADDONS.COM typically covers the standard range of software development work — mobile apps, web platforms, custom internal tools, UI/UX design, cloud infrastructure, AI integrations, and larger enterprise builds. Its core focus areas include Mobile App Development, Cross Platform App Development, Wearable App Development, Chat Bots & AI Development and Enterprise App Modernization.

It depends heavily on scope. A lean MVP might be a matter of weeks, while a full enterprise system or a larger digital transformation project can stretch into months once you factor in development, testing, and deployment. With a team of 10 - 49 professionals, MSCRM-ADDONS.COM can scale resources based on project urgency.

What tends to set MSCRM-ADDONS.COM apart usually comes down to some mix of technical depth, relevant industry experience, how clients describe working with them, their development approach, communication habits, and whether they can actually deliver something that scales. Founded in 1998, the company has built a track record of delivering projects across various industries.

Most businesses reach MSCRM-ADDONS.COM through its website, a direct email, or a contact form — any of which works for discussing what you need, booking an initial conversation, or asking for a rough estimate. For context, it has experience across industries such as Energy & Utilities, Pharmaceuticals & Biotechnology, Media & Entertainment, Mining & Metals and Environmental Services, and its typical hourly rate is around $50 - $99.

When you're weighing up a software partner such as MSCRM-ADDONS.COM, it's worth looking past the pitch and checking the portfolio, what past clients say, relevant industry background, technical range, how they communicate, pricing structure, project management style, and what support looks like after launch. For context, its listed capabilities span Mobile App Development, Cross Platform App Development, Wearable App Development, Chat Bots & AI Development and Enterprise App Modernization, and its typical hourly rate is around $50 - $99.

Usually, yes — a dedicated developer arrangement is a common option with firms like MSCRM-ADDONS.COM, where you get engineers working exclusively on your project as an extension of your in-house team rather than as a separate outsourced unit. For context, its listed capabilities span Mobile App Development, Cross Platform App Development, Wearable App Development, Chat Bots & AI Development and Enterprise App Modernization, and its typical hourly rate is around $50 - $99.

Most professional shops, including MSCRM-ADDONS.COM, expect to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before getting into specifics — it's a fairly standard ask and a reasonable one to make before sharing anything sensitive. For context, it has experience across industries such as Energy & Utilities, Pharmaceuticals & Biotechnology, Media & Entertainment, Mining & Metals and Environmental Services, and its typical hourly rate is around $50 - $99.

It's a common line of work for a company like MSCRM-ADDONS.COM — multi-tenant architecture, subscription billing hooked up properly, and cloud-native deployment built for a product meant to scale as a service rather than a one-off build. For context, it has experience across industries such as Energy & Utilities, Pharmaceuticals & Biotechnology, Media & Entertainment, Mining & Metals and Environmental Services, and its listed capabilities span Mobile App Development, Cross Platform App Development, Wearable App Development, Chat Bots & AI Development and Enterprise App Modernization.

The most reliable route is giving MSCRM-ADDONS.COM a clear, specific brief up front — through their website form, a direct email, or a call — since a vague ask tends to get a vague answer back, while a concrete one usually gets a proper estimate. For context, it has experience across industries such as Energy & Utilities, Pharmaceuticals & Biotechnology, Media & Entertainment, Mining & Metals and Environmental Services, and it has been operating since 1998.
