A reliable long-term partner for our tech needs

Emma Thompson / Founder & CEO | Oct 06, 2026

Our experience with MicraSol LLP - App Development Company was really positive from start to finish. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things.

Since launch, everything has been stable and our team has adapted to it quickly. If you need a team that communicates well and delivers, they are a good choice.

Project summary

We hired MicraSol LLP - App Development Company to develop a scheduling and dispatch tool for our field team. They worked alongside our in-house team, which mostly handled business requirements and testing. The project took roughly 6 months from kickoff to launch.

Good work overall, with a few bumps along the way

Callum Wright / Engineering Manager | May 20, 2026

Overall the project was a success, though it was not without some challenges. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things.

We are already seeing better numbers than before the project. A couple of milestones slipped by a week or so, mostly around testing. If you need a team that communicates well and delivers, they are a good choice.
