The CRM Development work has already made a noticeable difference — tasks that used to take hours now take minutes. We had to follow up a few times on smaller bug fixes after launch. We would definitely work with them again.

When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline.

Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time.
