Great team to work with — professional, responsive and reliable

Tom Wright / Founder | Sep 30, 2026

I would rate this engagement highly on almost every front. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark.

We are already seeing better numbers than before the project. Happy to recommend them.

Project summary

We engaged Linkthinks to assess our architecture before a major product rebuild. Scope included discovery workshops, development in two-week sprints and a short support period after launch. Overall it was a 7-month engagement.

Emily Hughes / Founder & CEO | Aug 06, 2026

Our experience with Linkthinks was really positive from start to finish. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building.

The IT Consulting work has already made a noticeable difference — tasks that used to take hours now take minutes. Happy to recommend them.

Solid delivery, though timelines needed some pushing

Jess Wright / Founder & CEO | Jun 29, 2026

We got a good result in the end, but the road there had a few bumps. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features.

The result looks great and performs well, and our internal team found it easy to take over. We had to follow up a few times on smaller bug fixes after launch. Happy to recommend them.

Quality work, a little slower than we planned
