Good value and a team that genuinely cares about the result

Thabo Nkosi / Head of Digital Transformation | Sep 08, 2026

Lime Devs did an excellent job for us. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark.

Feedback from our customers has been very positive so far. Overall, a team we trust and plan to keep working with.

Project summary

We partnered with Lime Devs to rebuild an internal order management system that had outgrown its original design. Scope included discovery workshops, development in two-week sprints and a short support period after launch. The engagement ran for about 8 months.

Great team to work with — professional, responsive and reliable

Zoe Kelly / IT Director | Jul 31, 2026

We were very happy with how this project went. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time.

We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since. We would definitely work with them again.

Project summary

We hired Lime Devs to develop a scheduling and dispatch tool for our field team. They also took care of integrations with a couple of third-party tools we already used. Overall it was a 7-month engagement.

Great Experience With Lime Devs on Our AI & Machine Learning Project

Abdullah Al Qahtani / Chief Digital Officer | Jun 20, 2026

Lime Devs did good work for us, and we would use them again. They shared working builds regularly, so we could test early and give feedback before things were locked in. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things.

We are already seeing better numbers than before the project. Documentation at handover was a bit thin and we had to ask for more detail. We are already discussing the next phase with them.

Project summary

We engaged Lime Devs to add an AI chatbot to our support site that answers questions from our help docs. They also took care of integrations with a couple of third-party tools we already used. The project took roughly 7 months from kickoff to launch.

Quality work, a little slower than we planned

Tom Wright / CEO | May 20, 2026

We got a good result in the end, but the road there had a few bumps. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building.

Since launch, everything has been stable and our team has adapted to it quickly. Estimates on a few features were optimistic and those took longer than planned. I would recommend Lime Devs to anyone looking for a dependable AI & Machine Learning partner.

Reliable Mobile App Development Partner That Delivered What They Promised

Amy Doyle / Director | May 03, 2026
