They listened, asked the right questions, and delivered

Mark Bennett / Director of Technology | Jul 17, 2026

We were very happy with how this project went. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark.

We are already seeing better numbers than before the project. I would recommend Liberty Technologies LLC to anyone looking for a dependable AI & Machine Learning partner.

Capable IT Managed Services team — happy with the end result

Jonas Hoffmann / Director of IT | May 01, 2026

We got a good result in the end, but the road there had a few bumps. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money.

The result looks great and performs well, and our internal team found it easy to take over. Their team changed one developer midway, which slowed things down for a couple of weeks.

If you need a team that communicates well and delivers, they are a good choice.

Project summary

Professional team that made a complex project feel manageable

Lauren Price / Founder | Apr 27, 2026

Our experience with Liberty Technologies LLC was really positive from start to finish. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building.

Feedback from our customers has been very positive so far. Overall, a team we trust and plan to keep working with.

Quality work, a little slower than we planned

Maya Thompson / Founder & CEO | Apr 21, 2026

The final product works well for us, although the process could have been smoother. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later.

The AI & Machine Learning work has already made a noticeable difference — tasks that used to take hours now take minutes. We had to follow up a few times on smaller bug fixes after launch.

We would definitely work with them again.
