Kurzor Reviews
Started as a single project and earned a permanent spot on our preferred vendor list
Nicolas Fontaine / Directeur Technique | May 20, 2026Going in, the integration work was what worried me most. Our systems landscape is messy, a couple of the third-party APIs we depend on are barely documented, and one of those vendors has a well-earned reputation for slow, inconsistent support. This team absorbed all of that. They documented what the upstream providers wouldn't, built in resilience wherever the upstream behavior was flaky, and shipped something that has worked exactly as specified since go-live. I genuinely couldn't have asked for more on that front.
Project summary
Years of incremental patches had left us with a platform that technically worked but was quietly holding the business back strategically. A proper rebuild was the agreed way forward.

Fast, accessible, responsive — every box checked, every deadline hit along the way
Margaux Lefèvre / Head of Digital Products | May 19, 2026Looking back, the thing that stands out most is how uneventful the whole project was. Technology projects of this size tend to generate their share of fire drills and awkward escalation calls. This one really didn't. Issues got flagged early enough that they never became incidents, scope changes went through an actual process instead of a tense phone call, and risks were tracked rather than just hoped away. That kind of quiet competence is unusual in my experience, and it made the whole thing feel easier on our end than I know it was on theirs.
Project summary
This project had a board-facing deadline tied to a wider strategic push. We needed a partner who'd treat that date like it was their own problem, not just ours.

Multi-region uptime has held above 99.9 percent since the day we went live

Our product thinking internally was solid, but our execution depth in this particular technical domain wasn't. We needed real specialists, not another generalist team.

The forecasting model has changed how every planning cycle since has been run

Certification time dropped and trainees actually prefer the VR module over the old process
Preston Locke / Director of Technology | Feb 08, 2026This was our fourth agency in three years, and I say that with some embarrassment. Every previous engagement had looked promising on paper and fallen apart somewhere in delivery. What was different here was the sequencing: they spent real time understanding the actual problem before proposing anything, rather than pattern-matching to a solution they already knew how to sell. The build ran to schedule, our own engineers had genuinely positive things to say during handover, and four months into live operation we haven't had a single critical incident. We're already talking about the next phase with them.

Expanding internationally meant we suddenly needed multi-currency, multi-language, and multi-warehouse support that our existing platform simply wasn't architected for.

Got the outcome we asked for, delivered the way we needed it, by people we'd hire again
Ritika Bhattacharya / VP of Product | Jan 27, 2026Five months post-launch, we're running at roughly double the transaction volume we'd specified in the original scope document, and the platform hasn't needed a single structural change to handle it. That's the real tell for whether a team designed for what you told them versus what you were actually going to need. We're now scoping a second phase and I expect this to be a multi-year relationship at this point.

First notice of loss was taking us three days on average against a market benchmark of under four hours. Automating that intake and triage step became the clear priority.

Migrated without the outages and rollback drama our first attempt at this produced
Larissa Nogueira / Chief Digital Officer | Jan 05, 2026Our stakeholder list for this project included board members, operations leads, compliance, and end users, all with wildly different levels of technical fluency and different definitions of success. Managing that mix well is genuinely hard, and this team did it better than any vendor we've worked with. They shifted register depending on who they were talking to without ever dumbing down the substance, kept expectations honest the whole way through, and delivered something each group could point to as meeting their own bar. That range is rare.

Our client portal hadn't been touched since it launched years earlier, and clients had started comparing it unfavorably to competitors' portals in live pitches.
