Professional AI & Machine Learning Team, Smooth Delivery From Start to Finish

Rob Lloyd / Co-Founder & CTO | Oct 20, 2026

Overall we had a good experience working with knzit. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline. They shared working builds regularly, so we could test early and give feedback before things were locked in.

It has made a real difference to how our team works day to day. Documentation at handover was a bit thin and we had to ask for more detail.

I would recommend knzit to anyone looking for a dependable AI & Machine Learning partner.

Project summary

knzit was brought in to add an AI chatbot to our support site that answers questions from our help docs. The work covered requirements, design, development, testing and launch support. The project took roughly 7 months from kickoff to launch.

Solid IT Consulting Work With Clear Communication Throughout

Stephanie Henderson / Marketing Director | Oct 07, 2026

Honestly, this was one of the smoothest projects we have run with an outside team. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time. They shared working builds regularly, so we could test early and give feedback before things were locked in. The developers were knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that ended up saving us time and money.

Feedback from our customers has been very positive so far. Overall, a team we trust and plan to keep working with.

Project summary

Our company worked with knzit to help us choose and plan the rollout of a new core system. The work covered requirements, design, development, testing and launch support. The engagement ran for about 4 months.

Dependable AI & Machine Learning Partner for a Growing Sports & Fitness Business

Jason Wallace / Co-Founder | Jul 23, 2026

knzit did good work for us, and we would use them again. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. They shared working builds regularly, so we could test early and give feedback before things were locked in. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline.

The result looks great and performs well, and our internal team found it easy to take over. Documentation at handover was a bit thin and we had to ask for more detail. We are already discussing the next phase with them.

Project summary

We engaged knzit to automate document data extraction that our team was doing by hand. The work covered requirements, design, development, testing and launch support. The project took roughly 5 months from kickoff to launch.

Dependable UI/UX Design Partner for a Growing Agriculture Business

Jessica Graham / CEO | Jul 19, 2026

The project went well overall. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later.

We are already seeing better numbers than before the project. We had to follow up a few times on smaller bug fixes after launch.

If you need a team that communicates well and delivers, they are a good choice.

Good work overall, with a few bumps along the way

Amit Sharma / Engineering Manager | Jun 15, 2026

Overall the project was a success, though it was not without some challenges. We dealt with the same core team throughout, so we did not have to keep re-explaining things. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline. The team asked a lot of questions early on, which felt slow at first but meant there were very few surprises later.

The IT Consulting work has already made a noticeable difference — tasks that used to take hours now take minutes. Their team changed one developer midway, which slowed things down for a couple of weeks. Overall, a team we trust and plan to keep working with.

Project summary

knzit was brought in to help us choose and plan the rollout of a new core system. Their team handled planning, development and QA, with our product owner signing off each milestone. The engagement ran for about 3 months.

Delivered on time and stayed involved after launch

Josh Thompson / Program Manager | Apr 28, 2026

The project went well overall. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline.
