Honest advice and solid execution

Arjun Bose / CTO | Oct 02, 2026

Klopper Telecoms(PTY)Ltd did good work for us, and we would use them again. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features.

Feedback from our customers has been very positive so far. A couple of milestones slipped by a week or so, mostly around testing. We would definitely work with them again.

Good results, communication improved as the project went on

Bec O'Brien / Head of Digital Transformation | Aug 30, 2026

Overall the project was a success, though it was not without some challenges. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline.

Feedback from our customers has been very positive so far. We had to follow up a few times on smaller bug fixes after launch. We would definitely work with them again.

Great Experience With Klopper Telecoms(PTY)Ltd on Our Game Development Project

Siddharth Desai / IT Manager | Aug 17, 2026

Honestly, this was one of the smoothest projects we have run with an outside team. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time. Even with the time zone difference, responses usually came the same day and we never felt left in the dark.

It has made a real difference to how our team works day to day.

Happy to recommend them.
