Skilled AI & Machine Learning Team That Understood Our Business

Yousef Al Mansoori / Engineering Manager | Oct 06, 2026

Our experience with iWeb was really positive from start to finish. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. They were upfront about what was realistic within our budget, which helped us prioritise the right features.

We are already seeing better numbers than before the project. I would recommend iWeb to anyone looking for a dependable AI & Machine Learning partner.

Project summary

We hired iWeb to add an AI chatbot to our support site that answers questions from our help docs. They worked alongside our in-house team, which mostly handled business requirements and testing. The engagement ran for about 3 months.

iWeb Delivered a Quality Web Development Solution on Time

Naledi van der Merwe / Head of Digital Transformation | Sep 24, 2026

Honestly, this was one of the smoothest projects we have run with an outside team. When we changed our minds on a couple of features halfway through, they handled it without fuss and were clear about the impact on cost and timeline. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time.

We launched on schedule and have not had any major issues since. We are already discussing the next phase with them.

Good value and a team that genuinely cares about the result

Julie Campbell / Head of Digital Transformation | Jul 31, 2026

Honestly, this was one of the smoothest projects we have run with an outside team. Communication was consistent. We had a weekly call, a shared Slack channel and a project board we could check at any time. They took the time to understand our business before suggesting anything, which we appreciated after previous agencies jumped straight into building. Their project manager kept things organised and was quick to flag anything that might affect the timeline.

It has made a real difference to how our team works day to day. I would recommend iWeb to anyone looking for a dependable Game Development partner.

Project summary

Our company worked with iWeb to develop a casual mobile game from concept to launch. The project was split into milestones, with a working build shared at the end of each one. We worked together for around 3 months.
